3. Terms of Service

• Educational use only. Program content, recordings, materials and Terminal access are licensed to the enrolled individual for personal, non-commercial learning. Sharing, reselling, redistributing or re-teaching our materials or Terminal credentials is prohibited and will result in termination of access without refund.
• Eligibility. You must be 18 years or older to enrol.
• Enrolment & fees. Fees, batch dates and inclusions are confirmed in writing before payment. Seats are confirmed on receipt of payment.
• Refunds. Refund eligibility, if any, is stated in your enrolment confirmation for the specific program and batch. Terminal access fees are non-refundable once credentials are issued.
• Conduct. We may suspend access for abusive behaviour, credential sharing, or any attempt to present our education as investment advice to third parties.
• Availability. The Zyvora Terminal is provided "as is"; market data may be delayed or interrupted and must not be relied on for live trading decisions.
• Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zyvora is not liable for any trading losses or indirect damages arising from use of our education or tools.
• Jurisdiction. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
